1. Rates: The rates are on F.O.R. destination basis subject to order value of Rs. 1000.00,
    otherwise actual packing, forwarding and freight will be charged extra.

2. Taxes: RST/CST will be charged at appropriate rates ruling on the date of supply.

3. Supplies: The supplies will either be made directly by us or through authorised
    distributor/dealer in your area.

4. Terms: The terms and supplies are subject to exclusive Jaipur Jurisdiction only and force
    meajure clause.
